Trevor is the Executive Chairman at MPG and is responsible for overseeing value add property development opportunities for MPG Trusts. Trevor has significant commercial experience gained over the past 40 years including over 19 years experience as a partner of Big 4 accounting firm Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu where he held the position of Managing Partner of the Victorian Growth Solutions Division and had a significant number of property industry clients. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, holds a Public Practice Certificate and is a Registered Tax Agent.

Ian has significant property development, strategic management and investment expertise developed in a variety of industry sectors including commercial, residential and aged care.

Ian is currently the Managing Director at McMullin and other associated companies and has held a variety of senior management roles including positions at Spotless Group, an ASX-listed company, and as Director of Operations at Compass Group Australia. Ian is also a former Board Member of the Collingwood Football Club.

Ian’s knowledge and involvement in MPG over the years’ coupled with his significant property experience, makes him an ideal fit for our future growth initiatives.

Brett is a Chartered Accountant and Licensed Real Estate Agent and has significant experience gained in establishing and operating managed investment schemes. Prior to working with MPG, Brett held position with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in the Corporate Finance, Audit and Growth Solutions divisions.

He holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment and Bachelor of Commerce. He is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, Registered Tax Agent and is a holder of a Public Practice Certificate.

Andrea is responsible for overseeing the operations of the MPG group and has played an integral role in the business since its inception, with property management as her focus.

She also has an impressive background in accounting within the retail fashion industry, and brings a passion and understanding of retail tenants and property investment to her role.

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business, is a Real Estate Agents Representative and is a full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, ANZ.

As Head of Finance, Daniel is responsible for managing the finance team and integrating MPG’s financial operations with the wider business. This means further capitalising on MPG’s strength & capability in financial service delivery to our property business, and also our compliance and governance platform, serving our wider investor base.

Daniel has over 15 years’ experience within the finance arena, heading up finance teams both here and in the UK across the Banking, Retail, Sports Technology, Accommodation and Property sectors.

Kate manages the legal side of MPG’s property acquisitions and tenancy leases and renewals.

Kate is an expert in leasing law, having been a member of the Leases Committee at the Law Institute of Victoria for over a decade. Her expertise in being at the forefront of leasing issues and developments is invaluable to MPG and our clients.

Kate has years of property law experience from working at Logie Smith Lanyon. She has a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from Monash University.

Veronica is responsible for the administration of MPG’s relevant compliance plans and checklists to ensure compliance with relevant statutory law’s and best practice procedures. Veronica has completed relevant training in various statutory laws including: Anti Money Laundering, Privacy Act, Corporations Act and the Australian/New Zealand Standard 3806 (ISO 19600) for Compliance. Veronica is also currently studying towards her Certificate in Governance and Risk Management. Veronica has previously acted as a practice and compliance manager for a number of Australian and UK based legal firms.

Roan is responsible of managing and leading the property team and to formulate and execute asset management plans and strategies.

Roan brings over 15 years’ of experience in the commercial real estate sector, with a career that spans finance, asset management, retail leasing, and property development across both Australian and international markets.

Roan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting), is a Real Estate Agents Representative and has completed further studies in Project Management and Management.

Joanne plays a key role in overseeing day-to-day financial operations and supporting the strategic direction of MPG.

This includes managing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes, while ensuring strong financial controls and compliance frameworks are in place.

With over 15′ years experience in finance, Joanne is a qualified Chartered Accountant who has developed a broad skill set across industries such as Architecture, Construction and Property Development.

Mike is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies across MPG Property retail assets.

Mike has broad retail property experience including property development, asset management, property management and retail store development for companies including Shell, KFC, Gandel Retail Management, Salta Properties, Bunnings and Coles.

As Property Analyst at MPG, Paul provides financial analysis to support the acquisition of properties, expanding our portfolio and increasing opportunities for our investors.

Paul is a qualified accountant who started his career in public practice and has worked in both audit/assurance and business services roles. He has completed a Bachelor of Business at RMIT University and is also a full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants ANZ.

Wallace is responsible for contributing to the growth of MPG through capital raising and developing strong relationships with distribution partners and financial advisers.

With over 15 years’ experience in funds management, real estate investment, and business development, Wallace has gained his expertise working in Singapore, China and Australia. He is a Certified Practising Accountant (Australia) and holds a Bachelor of Business (Applied Economics) degree from Singapore.

Wallace is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Uliana is responsible for supporting daily operational functions and ensuring efficient administrative processes across the business.

Prior to joining the MPG Funds Management operations team, Uliana gained over four years of experience in the recruitment industry, developing expertise in streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency.
