MPG Funds Management is pleased to announce an updated PDS and proposed acquisition of two new properties to the MPG Regional Cities Property Trust. The properties include a 1,807 sqm Child Safety Services building located in Ipswich, QLD ($8.84 million) and a 1,509 sqm Centrelink and Medicare property located in Moree, NSW ($4.1 million).
The Trust is seeking to raise a further $15 million to complete the acquisition of these properties and to reduce bank debt.
