We are pleased to confirm settlement for the sale of Village Lakeside Shopping Centre, Pakenham in October 2023. Whilst it was sad to say goodbye to one of the MPG Retail Brands Property Trust’s original investments, it’s time to convert that capital into some exciting new investment opportunities.
